Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholders with real-time visibility into the project rarely need formal status update meetings. Full stakeholder inclusion reduces the total number of meetings required and saves time despite initial concerns to the contrary. External stakeholders should be given tools and access to participate as if they were internal partners. Stakeholders must be active participants embedded in the project communication channel from the start, not passive recipients of status updates.
