Production Bugs

Mistakes are less damaging than poor handling of those mistakes. Production bugs can affect customers before the responsible developer realizes or acknowledges the impact. Insufficient testing can allow a bug to reach production. A production bug should be communicated as soon as it is identified, even when a fix is already in progress.
