Learning Humility

Confidence is defined as willingness to become a beginner again, not as already knowing everything. Saying that one does not know but will figure it out separates ignorance from identity. A recommended exercise is to spend two hours learning one new design pattern or business concept during the week. Over-preparing before acting and pretending to know everything both block developer progress.
