Communication Channels

A disciplined team using a single channel produces a searchable, complete project history as a natural byproduct. A dedicated internal chat channel should be created at project inception and must include resources, sponsors, and subject matter experts. Large discussions conducted over email are counterproductive because they fragment the project record. Project questions or updates posted outside the agreed channel should be redirected back to it with a light reprimand.
