Alert Fatigue

Alert fatigue occurs when teams receive so many low-signal alerts that they start ignoring them. Alert fatigue is described as one of the most dangerous states for operations teams. Alert fatigue can cause real outages to be dismissed as false positives. Ignored noisy alerts can cause teams to miss actual outages.
